The Subaru Impreza was at the Goodwood Festival of Speed last June. With a time of 44.91 seconds up the Goodwood hill. The all-time record stands at 41.6 set by Nick Heidfeld in a McLaren MP4/13 in 1999.
Not many want to risk their cars at Goodwood by having a go at the shootout, but those who do show everybody how it’s done. From F1 cars through Le Mans prototypes, roaring NASCAR sprint cars or Pikes Peak specials, spectators can witness some crazy good driving here.
